In our fourth issue of ROTOCONNECT, we preview Propak Cape 2023Here’s what visitors can expect to see at ROTOCON on stand A12 from October 24 to 26.

The star of the show, the SCREEN Truepress Jet L350 UV SAI, will take centre stage with live demonstrations, giving visitors a glimpse of the machine’s extraordinary capabilities for label printing and decoration.

ROTOCON's booth will also feature the EyeC Proofiler 400DT scanner-based offline inspection system to provide high-quality, error-free label and packaging samples. The inspection system digitally compares the scanned sample with the signed proof (usually a PDF file), bringing security, efficiency and flexibility to QC inspections.

Another EyeC solution, the ProofRunner Web HighLight inline inspection system, will be demonstrated on the ROTOCON CHROME RSI 340 slitter, inspector and rewinder for web-to-web converting at 3JS’s booth F19. This powerful dual functionality for label handling ensures one-step to 100% inspection, including high-gloss labels, highly decorated wine labels and flexible packaging in the premium market.

Roger Meierhofer, Area Sales Manager for Swiss company Pantec GS Systems, will also be on the ROTOCON stand demonstrating how their RHINO® X flatbed technology brings high-quality decoration and cost-effective brand protection to the label and flexible packaging industry, with foils and tooling that are cheaper than rotary foils.
